Registration Procedure:

  • Application Submission: Submit the completed application form via email, online portal, or in-person.
  • Review and Processing: The membership committee reviews applications within 90 working days. Verification of references and background information (if necessary).
  • Approval and Notification: Applicants are notified via email or phone about the status of their application. Successful applicants receive a welcome package with membership details and benefits.
  • Payment of Membership Fees: Payment is due within 30 days of approval.
  • Orientation and Onboarding: New members are invited to an orientation session or meeting to introduce them to the group's activities, leadership, and other members.
  • Membership Card and Benefits: Members receive a membership card or digital membership confirmation. Access to exclusive events, discounts, and resources.

Additional Procedure:

  • Renewal: Membership renewal notices are sent 30 days before expiration. Members must renew within 60 days to avoid lapse.
  • Cancellation: Members can cancel their membership by written notice to the group's leadership.
  • Appeals: Denied applicants can appeal the decision to the membership committee or leadership.
